Prior to CENTURY 21
Smith Realty Group, April had been in the real estate title,
closing, and underwriting field for over
18 years and brings an enormous amount of
expertise to CENTURY 21 Smith Realty Group. Shannon is a
commercial airline pilot and will be concentrating efforts on
growth, commercial, relocation, and corporate franchise
compliance. We will be opening additional branch offices in the
central Kentucky region as we move forward. Our Columbia, KY
branch is now open and will add convenience to our clients in
the central Kentucky region. April S. Smith, the Principal
Broker, and Shannon's wife, has over 30 years experience as a
licensed real estate agent and 20 years as a licensed broker.
This is a family oriented firm and we treat our clients in that
